 I love especially the eyes, they're unique. The only thing is a bit strange to me that there are a lot of stuff in the picture it's a bit hard to realize the elements. But that can be a good point as it makes the viewer take a closer look.-- ~ Drawing/practicing, practicing/drawing, drawing/practicing... I wanna be a good artist but I guess I'm just too lazy to practice XD ~  BEAUTIFUL
 but i dislike that she doesn't smile  -- enemys be aware my fire burns with the hate of hell. while those in pain shall see my light even in the darkest hour.   (sigh) I'll never get used to the type of drawing where the lineart is invisible... and I'll probably never be as good as you are.

Critiques
I have no clue what universe this character is from or what this piece represents but you've done a fine job on the bright coloring. The owl on the character does not look like it belongs in the scenario, as if it is drawn by someone else. The folds in the woman's clothing(mantle)are acceptable and the design overall is great!
What I am most disappointed in is that the background's "lily pads" don't look like actual lily pads at all, you could easily tell via a thorough glance they were painted in even though you have attempted to give them a more realistic feel by making them actually look like they're above the water's surface.
My favorite part of this art is the glowing water flowers, the light they emanate is very smooth and natural-looking, if not, magical.
This is an nicely thought-out piece of art, I can tell you were trying something new or attempting to become better at it and you are on the right road.
