Again, I have no knowledge whatsoever of the universe the characters are from in this piece but I will give you as much critique as I can.
You've done a great job expressing the "life" through the girl's eyes and the jewel near the hilt of the sword.
As always, the detail in the character's clothing and accessories is amazing in your style although what actually bugs me about the blade of her weapon is the "skin sheen" on the middle of it which does not look right. Now that I look at that small error, the blade overall doesn't look like an actual weapon, as if it was made of a rather dull material.
One final thing that griped me about the piece was that her supposed-opponent, the dragon, looks to be part of the background if it was supposed to serve as the second character on this art. Regardless, the detail in it's eye area, horns, scaling, and teeth is top-notch.
