this is a fan art of a recent anime called "lucky☆star"
( らき☆すた )

also, this is a pair of twins in the anime ^^
named hiiragi kagami and hiiragi tsukasa (from left to right)

especially kagami , she is one of my fav character in the show

costume :
blue version is summer school uniform while red version is winter school uniform~
